Dual-Agave Selection
We start with two types of agave sourced from Jalisco’s highlands and lowlands. The highland agave brings bright, fruity notes, while the lowland agave adds deep, herbal undertones. This thoughtful blend creates the signature complexity of our tequila.

Slow & Balanced Cooking
We honor tradition by combining two cooking methods. Agave is slow-cooked in stone ovens for 35 hours to develop rich, caramelized flavors, and also in autoclaves for about 10 hours to preserve freshness. This balance brings out a nuanced flavor profile.

Extended Fermentation
Our fermentation lasts 3 to 4 days—much longer than the standard. This slow process deepens flavor and allows natural yeasts to build a more expressive and refined spirit.

Precise Double Distillation
We distill twice in stainless steel pot stills, carefully removing the heads and tails in each run. What remains is a clean, smooth tequila that captures the essence of craft and quality.

Our Story
From the Highlands of Jalisco
Our journey begins in the red volcanic soil of Jalisco’s highlands, where blue weber agave grows for up to 8 years under the watch of seasoned jimadores. We work hand-in-hand with local farmers who understand the land—people who know that real quality takes time.
